Statutory Right of Cancellation (UK Consumer Regulations)
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, for distance sales made online, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.

Transit Damage or Manufacturing Faults
We carefully package every amber glass bottle of Cyperlux with reinforced cushioning and rigid protective cartons. However, should an item suffer damage during postal transit:
- Broken Bottle or Leakage: If upon opening your delivery you find a broken bottle or signs of leaking oil, please take photographs immediately of the packaging and damaged item.
- Pipette / Dropper Fault: If the glass dropper pipette or rubber bulb exhibits a manufacturing defect.
- Immediate Free Replacement: Send the photographs to suporte@cyperlux.com.br within 30 days of delivery. We will immediately dispatch a replacement sealed bottle via priority delivery at no cost to you.
